Shipping and delivery
Shipping is available to all
cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we are working hard to make delivery
available to all Gulf countries and Arab countries.
The store does not modify the
address and delivers the address to the shipping company according to what the
customer wrote.
After the order is shipped, the
customer cannot modify or cancel it.
-Order processing and shipping
mechanism
Immediately after payment, your
order will be prepared and delivered to the shipping company (Aramex) within
one business day.
*Note: The day of order and
Friday are not included in the delivery period.
- Application receipt dates It depends on the carrier company and takes an
estimated 2-3 working days, knowing that after the order is ready and delivered
to the carrier company, the bill of lading number will be sent to your mobile
phone. With the exception of Riyadh and Jeddah, delivery is made directly
through our representatives, and direct pickup through our branch in Riyadh is
available. The customer's order may be delayed for reasons related to the
customer himself, such as his not being present at the delivery location, his
failure to respond to the delivery representative's call, or his request to
change the delivery address. In such circumstances, neither the store nor the
delivery company is responsible for the delay.
-Follow up the shipment
After delivering it to the
shipping company, you must follow up with it with the bill of lading number
that was sent to you, as it has become the responsibility of the shipping
company. If the customer does not receive a message with the tracking number,
it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the store to provide him with
tracking.
-Danger of loss
All purchases from the Gulf Saves
store are prepared in accordance with shipping contracts, which means that the
risk of losing the shipment is your responsibility after we deliver the
shipment to the carrier.
Exchange and return policy
1 - Time period policy for returning
or exchanging purchases:
Exchange and return are permitted
in the event of a manufacturing defect within 3 days of purchase with the
original invoice brought or attached. The company has the right not to accept
the replacement according to the company’s maintenance technician’s report.
2- Purchase return or exchange policy:
• This policy applies to the
product being in its original packaging and in its original condition when
purchased and unopened.
• The original shipping fees are
deducted from the value of the product if the customer requests a refund.
• Products that have been opened
and have a manufacturing defect can be replaced with the same item provided
that the customer delivers them to the shipping company to return them to our
warehouses.
3 – Return and exchange procedures:
The customer can replace the product with a
manufacturing defect with the same product or with a product with higher
specifications, provided that he pays the difference in value.
4 – Methods of recovery:
To recover the value of purchases made via electronic
payment, the amount will be refunded through the customer’s bank account within
fourteen (14) business days, and the customer must follow the payment
procedures through his bank.
5 - Exceptions that are not covered by
the return and exchange policy:
When submitting a return request
after the specified time.
When using or benefiting from the product.
Products are delivered without
price tags, stickers, original packaging, or missing any of their accessories.
- Non-replaceable products are all
that violate or depart from the terms of the warranty, such as (malfunctions
and damages resulting from misuse - the opened product is not in its original
condition - failure to follow operating instructions - product exposure to
water - performing any external maintenance - complete or partial breakdown of
the device It will not work if an accessory is used that is not compatible with
the device’s features.
